The most common and the most employed mode of communication in our lives is speech. What
then, makes others either listen, be inspired, convinced and won over, or what makes them pass a speaker by? The
skill of speaking is the skill of projecting our
multifaceted personality. When we are effective speakers we are able to gauge our audience, think on our feet,
negotiate our audience, use our vocal skill appropriately, and get our point across with fluency and confidence.
