| The Workshop on Relationships at the Workplace |
| |
| What’s the difference between ‘formal’ and ‘informal’? Where should we draw the line; when
can we mix the two? What do we know of cultural coding – do we act with good intentions, but in the wrong context?
Do we fear authority? Can we change that to positive communication? Do we bring in our own patterns of behaviour
from our personal lives into our relationships at work? This workshop takes a look at how we relate to ourselves
and hence to others around us. We learn the skill of resolving issues rather than sweeping them under the mat. |
